A compulsory medical inspection of all the pupils will be made once a year by qualified medical officer.
ABSENCE
A student who fails to attend the school due to sickness should bring a medical certificate from a doctor on joining the school.
Parents should fill up the ‘‘Record for Non-Attendance’’ for each day the student is absent from school stating the reason for absence.
No one, who has been absent on the previous day, will be allowed to attend school the next day without a note in the diary by the parent.
Leave for going out of station should be approved prior to proceeding on leave.
A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease, should produce a doctor's certificate permitting him to do so.
Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than a week renders the student liable to have his/her name struck of the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only on payment of re-admission charges and with the permission of the Principal.
It is compulsory for the student to complete 80% of the attendance in the academic session to make them eligible to sit for final examination. The percentage, however, could be relaxed on medical grounds. However, Class X and XII students will be eligible to sit for Board Examination only if he/she has at least 75% attendance to his/her credit.
No retest will be conducted for those who miss any of the Unit Test/ Terminal/Annual Examination on account of Personal/Medical ground.
