We are pleased to share that the Ministry of Education, Government of India, launched Bano DigiSmart, an animated film developed in collaboration with UNESCO, ahead of the International Day against Violence and Bullying at School, including Cyberbullying (5 November 2026). The film aims to raise awareness among children, teachers and parents about emerging digital safety challenges, particularly cyberbullying, digital addiction and deepfakes, while promoting safe, responsible and positive online behaviour.
This initiative marks another important milestone in UNESCO’s collaboration with the Ministry of Education, government of India to promote safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments, both online and offline.
