On the return of the proforma the House Incharge and Class Teacher evaluate and give recommendations.
Interviews by sub-committee (Grading on a scale of 10)
Decision for short-listed candidates by a committee (All House Inchages, Activitiy Coordinator).
Interviews and approval of finalists with the Director and Principal.
